PROJECT - Log Building 16 ft x 16 ft using Scribed joinery. Saddle Notched corners with Piece-en- Piece wall system. Log Top Plate and Gable roof system with centre Kingpost Truss supporting Ridge Beam.

IT'S OVER!!! Again, the buzzing of chainsaws has subsided...As I stated before 'Log Building" can be grueling at times, hard work, and with the added element of our Gabriola Spring weather, hot too- the work ethics were positive, outstanding, the craftsmanship was superb. The time really flew by this last four weeks and I am sad to see it end! This semester was chock full of energy, extreme talent and proficiency, integrated with great humor, strong bonds and many memorable moments. I will fondly think of these students and friends long after they have gone. They have left an imprint at ISBA and in the community.
